These Terms govern your access to and use of Add-on Developed by Me (Resource Manager/Bulkyduce/User-info). My Services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by us.

You agree that I may automatically upgrade this Add-on, and the Agreement will apply to any upgrades for this Add-on. Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using Resource Manager/Bulkyduce/User-info. By accessing or using any part of this Add-on, you agree to become bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of the Agreement, then you may choose not to access or use Resource Manager/Bulkyduce/User-info.

Using the Services

Resource Manager / Bulkyduce / User-info Add-on provide a set of tools that extend the free and cloud-based tool for Google Workspace Admin. The Service is offered and provided subject to these Terms.

The Service requires a Google Workspace account that will be used to access and use the Service. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining the Internet access and all equipment necessary to use the Service, for appropriately configuring your Google account and for creating and managing the data source and their content.

Subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.

New Visions reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services for any reason without notice.

Your privacy is extremely important to Me. Please read the Add-Ons Privacy Policy which explains the administrative, technical and physical safeguards we maintain to protect against unauthorised use, disclosure or access to personal information.

Please note that personally identifiable information is never collected, maintained or used by Me.
